What happens to your data?

Boardcairn stores the name and email on your account; property details such as address, location, unit count, and type; and property records such as uploaded documents, compliance and disclosure details, reminder settings and completion dates, board-role assignments, and handoffs. Sign-in is required to access accounts and property records. Server-side checks let property owners access their own records when their account has the required access. For some property views, those checks also allow a signed-in user whose verified email matches a board-role assignment for the property, when the owner’s account has the required access. A board-role assignment does not grant access to the owner-only board-management and handoff view. The codebase does not establish whether customer data is sold or which Boardcairn staff can access it, so both policies are unconfirmed.
